Here are the scenarios where
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Cancelled Event: We’ll notify you via text and automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method – no refund request required.
Rescheduled Event: If you can’t make the new date, just request a refund, and we’ll send your money back.
Organizer's Request: If the organizer explicitly instructs us to refund your tickets.
Waiting List:
You offer your ticket up to the Waiting List for a sold-out event, and another fan buys it.
Note: Not all sold-out ticket types will have the Waiting List feature enabled. If the Wait List is active and someone buys your ticket, we’ll issue you a full refund.
In each of these scenarios, we’ll refund the full cost to your original payment method, and the money should reach your account in 5 to 7 business days.
Unfortunately, if you decide you don’t want to attend an event anymore or something prevents you from going, we can’t offer you a refund. In that case, please transfer your tickets.
