When an event sells out, the organizer can enable the Waiting List for specific tickets. This allows fans who missed out on tickets to join a queue to buy tickets from someone who can no longer attend and vice versa.
To join the Waiting List for an event, follow these steps:
Visit the Event Page:
Go to the event page, select the number of tickets you need, and click "Join Waitlist."
Add Your Credit Card Information:
Enter your credit card information. You won't be charged until we find you tickets.
Confirm Your Request:
Confirm your request to join the waitlist.
Once you join the Waiting List, we’ll notify you via SMS and email with a receipt and the tickets if we are successful.
