Waitlist Process
Joining the Waitlist:
If you need a ticket, you can join the waitlist by adding your credit card.
Your card won’t be charged until a ticket becomes available for you.
Once tickets sell out, we notify all ticket holders that they can list their tickets for resale at face value.
Listing Your Ticket on the Waitlist:
If you already have a ticket, you can list it on the waitlist via the "My Tickets" page. You can find the event page through your order confirmation email.
Once a buyer is found, you’ll receive a full refund and an email confirmation.
If your ticket doesn’t get picked up, you will not receive an email notification.
