When a ticket is completely sold out and the organizer has enabled the waitlist feature, here's how it works:
Joining the Waitlist:
If you need a ticket, you can add your credit card to join the waitlist.
Your credit card won’t be charged until we find you a ticket.
We notify every ticket holder when tickets sell out, letting them know they can list their tickets on the waitlist for a full refund.
Listing Your Ticket on the Waitlist:
If you already have a ticket, you can list it on the waitlist through the "My Tickets" page.
Once we find a buyer for your ticket, you will receive a full refund.
It's as simple as that! This way, fans have a chance to get tickets for sold-out events, and ticket holders can easily offer their tickets to others.
